What is Store Eight Care+ Protection?
Store Eight Care+ is a protection plan that helps cover accidental damage, liquid damage, and other covered incidents for your mobile device.
How long is the coverage period?
Basic Care: 12 Months Protection Coverage.
Premium Care: 12 Months Protection Coverage + 12 Months Extended Warranty Benefits.
What is covered under Basic Care?
✔ Accidental Damage
✔ Screen Damage
✔ Water / Liquid Damage
✔ Functional Damage resulting from covered incidents
What additional benefits are included in Premium Care?
Premium Care includes all Basic Care benefits plus Extended Warranty coverage against eligible mechanical and electrical failures.
Is screen damage covered?
Yes. Accidental screen damage is covered under both Basic Care and Premium Care plans.
Is water damage covered?
Yes. Accidental liquid damage is covered under both plans, subject to policy terms and inspection.
How do I file a claim?
Visit the File a Claim page, complete the claim form, upload required documents and submit your request. Our team will contact you within 24–48 business hours.
What documents are required?
• Purchase Invoice
• Protection Plan Certificate
• Device IMEI Number
• Photos of the damaged device
• Incident description
How long does claim approval take?
Most claims are reviewed within 24–48 business hours after receiving all required documents.
What is not covered?

Can I transfer my Protection Plan to another device?
No. Protection Plans are linked to the registered device IMEI and cannot be transferred to another device.
Will my phone be repaired or replaced?
Where repair is not feasible or economical, replacement options may be considered as per the Protection Plan terms and conditions.
