5. Order Tracking

  • Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner's tracking system.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unavailability of recipient

  • Refusal to accept delivery

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Store Eight reserves the right to cancel undeliverable orders.


7. Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  • The package appears tampered with

  • The product received is incorrect

customers should:

  1. Take clear photos.

  2. Contact Store Eight within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Retain all packaging materials.

Failure to report issues within a reasonable time may affect claim eligibility.


8. Refurbished Device Deliveries

As Store Eight specializes in refurbished and pre-owned devices:

  • Devices undergo testing before dispatch.

  • Minor cosmetic signs of use may be present unless otherwise specified.

  • Product images may be representative images.

Customers acknowledge that refurbished devices are not brand-new products.


9. Delays Beyond Our Control

Store Eight shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Storms

  • Strikes

  • Government restrictions

  • Public emergencies

  • Transport disruptions

  • Courier partner delays

Delivery timelines may be extended during such events.


10. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery of the package to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Store Eight shall not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.


12. Missing Shipments

If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Store Eight will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.

  • Resolution timelines depend on courier partner processes.

At present, Store Eight ships only within India unless otherwise specified.

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from shipping, delivery, logistics, or related services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chitradurga, Karnataka, India.
